Dog training isn’t cookie cutter, meaning there isn’t just one way to train a dog. Every dog is different, I take the time to focus on the dog in front of me, and utilize a training approach that effectively teaches them. The goal is a happy, well-trained dog, with all the same personality you fell in love with!
MY STORY
My journey into dog training was unknowingly started by my Mamaw, Ramona Lovins, who gifted me my first dog, and best friend Winnie in 2016.
Me and Winnie began our training journey when I was 15. As Winnie and I have grown up together, my love and passion for training has too. I've since trained dogs from all walks of life, puppies to seniors, big to small, from basic obedience all the way to diabetic alert and therapy work. Now at 22, I have 7 years of training experience. From Winnie to my newest pack member Baymax, I've learned dogs aren't born equal. They each have a unique set of traits, mannerisms, and personalities. I live by the idea that there isn't one "right" way to train. What works for one dog, may not work for another. All dogs require their own unique and specialized formula for training. And that's what sets me apart from most dog trainers.
I formulated my approach to dog training, called "Relationship-based training" Whether you're coming in for basic obedience or struggling with certain behaviors, my goal is to create a relationship with your dog first and use that to find the best way for them to learn. This training method is one of a kind, just like your pup and that's what they deserve!
